That is why we wrote years back technology is not an accelerator any more as pointed out by Jim Collins in the book, "Good to Great", but is becoming the strategy in a connected world giving those with resources to gain further.

Moreover, with IoT and other technologies out there, we also presented the scenario where we might not see Einsteins coming out in this century as information could be extracted right from our houses without our knowledge.

It could also take us towards zero marginal cost society with not much incentive to hire talented individuals, and later hire much individuals.
