More you learn need not equate to more you earn, especially in the 21st century.

More you learn need not equate to more you earn, especially in the 21st century. If that were the case, we have a lot more graduates and post-graduates in the world, and still wealth dispersion around the globe is also highest, and many countries are loaded with government and household debt.

We also see many state and countries run by not those who learned a lot.

1. Focus on what you learn, where you learn and how you learn

2. Take the expectations that level of learning is tied to level of earning out of learning equation - Earning should be a by-product of learning, and might not be connected at all as political and other forces out there could control our earning

3. Earning could also mean earning good reputation and respect, and need not be always money

4. Learning should gIve a person confidence to be self-sufficient
