The focus should not be about going higher, as higher could mean many things, and is a relative term.

The focus should not be about going higher, as higher could mean many things, and is a relative term. For example, a person could go higher through unwanted addictions. Another example being, for a person who has never flown a flight, flying in a plane would be higher.

It should be about being surrounded by those who let us know our strengths and weaknesses in a way that we could digest and understand for us to grow as a person.

The camaraderie should be a two way exchange.
