Life is certainly a journey, but human growth over time has been connected to competition. Whether we like it or not, that is intrinsic to behavioral science, and is prevalent even in the animal kingdom. In a way, that's what led us to two options of viable current source, energy management system, calculus and more.
But, we can certainly learn from history, and vie for a healthy competition similar to Lord Ganesha, Lord Muruga's race to go around the world three times rather than the real story about the first expedition to the South Pole, where one team turned out to be victor, and the other one completely vanished.
