Many times, many issues are made into a group issue for their own personal gains. Please thoroughly investigate before drawing a conclusion. Sometimes, having right level of diverse knowledge is essential to understand the inner agenda and intentions of some in creating chaos and havoc. For example, if an agency is involved in fraudulent activities and false claims, and if those activities are controlled by those in power, in order to protect themselves, these individuals can make this issue into a factional issue starting at a street level all the way to country level. More History on Juneteenth Day? President Abraham Lincoln made the official emancipation proclamation on Jan 1st, 1863, almost two and half years before General Gordon Granger's announcement in Texas. This earlier proclamation implied that the newly freed 250000+ enslaved people were already freed for more than two years, but never knew about it. Why was this delay for the news to reach Texas?
